The Voice Factory is proud to offer a
D.I.Y. Residency Program
The foundation of this Residency Program is based on a collaboration that is financially beneficial for the Artist who is looking for a home to house their next show and the Art Space. We feel that the biggest obstacles self-producing Artists have to overcome when creating and performing new work, is making the finances work in their favor and feeling grounded and at home in the space they are going to present their work.

Here are the details of the D.I.Y. Residency Program:
1. Our home becomes the Artist’s home during the four 4 weeks prior to their show.
2. Artist keeps 100% of the proceeds from the ticket sales.
3. Artist is guaranteed 10 hours of rehearsal space per week for 4 weeks
4. Artist does three performances of their show. (Fri-Sat-Sunday Matinee)
